1 pkg. jiffy pie crust
6 cups sliced apples (5-6 apples)
¾ cup sugar
1 tbsp. flour
½ tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 425°. Prepare pie crust as directed on package. Blend sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Stir into apples until well coated. Pour mixture into pie crust. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust, seal, flute, and slit. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30 minutes longer.
