10 small mac apples or 5-6 bigger apples peeled & sliced
Lemon juice (Use sparingly, to preserve the apples)
2/3 cup flour
¾ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
1 cup quick cooking oatmeal (regular flavored)
1 ½ tsp. of cinnamon
¾ cup of butter/margarine (softened)
Combine flour, sugar, oatmeal, cinnamon, and butter (softened). Work with fork until mixed. Sprinkle topping over apples and bake 30 – 45 minutes at 350° until golden brown.
