28 Honey Grahams squares, finely crushed (about 2 cups crumbs)
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 cup sugar, divided
3 pkg (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup mashed banana
1 cup halved strawberries
1 banana, sliced, tossed with 1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
Mix graham crumbs, margarine, and ¼ cup sugar. Press on bottom of 13×9-inch baking pan. Blend cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla in bowl with electric mixer or medium speed. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in mashed banana. Pour into crust.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with strawberries, sliced banana, and pineapple. Cut into squares to serve.
