2 sticks of salted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 bags of chocolate chips
1 cup of sugar
1 ½ sleeves of saltines
Mix butter, vanilla, and sugar. Once it comes to a boil cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Butter cookie sheet and place saltines on the sheet and spread sugar/butter mix.
Heat oven to 350° and cook for 5 minutes.
Once out of the oven, sprinkle chocolate chips, and stick back in the oven until the chocolate is melted/soft.
Take out of the oven, spread chocolate, and put in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
